We are so excited for each of our guests to get to know their artisans. At SFM we pride ourselves on a personalized touch and we want everyone to know exactly who you are! This means we need to know more. Below we ask that you tell us more about you, your team/family and or your brand. What was your inspiration behind your creations? How do you do what you do? What makes this your passion? Please feel free to put whatever you feel comfortable sharing. We would like enough for 1-3 paragraphs. If we feel there is not enough information, be warned, we will be calling you for more!

Remember that SFM is all about an old-world experience. We want to know our regulars by names and treat travelers like long lost family. We want to brag about our artisans like they are our children off to college. We want you to shine in every way possible. Please note that we have full discretion to edit as needed however we will communicate with you before finalizing as it is extremely important that you are with us every step of the way!

Also fun note, this is a simple edit and print, so we can change it any time and as many times as needed, whether it is your bio or photo. Just simply come back to this form and fill it out. We will replace the old with the new!
