How do I return my order?
Sugar Farms Market Place offers the selling unique artisanal goods so we recommend that you call the store directly for return orders to speak with a sales manager regarding options available to you.

How can I get a booth space to sell my products?
How do I know when my vendor space will be ready?
We pride ourselves on long standing relationships with each of our vendors, which means that there may be a delay in securing a vendor space. If you have been approved for a space and would like to move forward with registering, simply place your deposit and first month’s vendor fees and we will add you to our waitlist. If for any reason a space does not come available within 120 days of your registration date we will gladly refund both your deposit and your vendor fee.

How do I return defective goods?
Each item that Sugar Farms Market Place carries is handmade, therefore unique with its one character. However if for any reason an item is not usable due to a defect in the craftsmanship then please call or email the store directly. We stand by all of our products and artisans and will do our very best to make it right.
